Forms

These forms are for both students and parents. Please remember to fill the forms out completely. Leaving blank spaces may slow down your progress and cause you to lose the property to another group. All information is required. We will not sell, or give out any information without your consent. Please remember to make all checks out to Charles Dunn. This will help ensure that your process does not slow down.
To ensure that you have the most up to date version we do not place the lease on the web site. Please contact our rental office for a copy. 

Student Information

Please make sure to send in a copy of your driver’s license with your application. All applications must be filled out or it will slow down your application and may cause you to lose the property to another group that has all the information ready.

Parent Information 

Parents please fill in the sheet completely. If you do not fill in the information, such as your social security number, we will not be able to proceed and this may cause your child’s group to lose the property. We do not give out personal information to anyone without your written consent. Please remember to send a copy of your driver’s license along with your parent information and Guarantor sheet. Parent Guarantor

This is the Parent Guarantor. This form must be notarized and we must have original signatures. Sorry, but we cannot except faxed copies. 

When Signing a lease what is needed?

You will need to have your student information sheets, parent information sheets, parent guarantor sheets, copy's of the student's and parent's drivers license, full application fee and full security deposit.  
Please be aware that incomplete paperwork may cause you to loose the property to another group.  Yes we need all the information including social security numbers. 
The first months rent is required no later than May 1st, however, it is best if you pay it at lease signing so you don't forget.
